All In-Stock Scotia Mouldings
Most often Scotia is used to treat the gap below the front of a stair tread, where the horizontal tread meets the vertical stair riser. There is almost always a small gap separating the tread and riser and the scotia acts as a trim piece to hide this seam. Scotia can also be used to hide gaps and cracks in other millwork applications.
